Unable to cancel your appointment 12hrs prior will result in a charge of 50% from the service chosen. No call no shows will also result in a charge of 100% from the service chosen. We allow a 15 minute grace period, after the 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled & you will be charged 100% of the service chosen. Please no addition guests.
